It have been sometime i did not post my blog in english because of my poor english!Haha.. Anyway i decided to give myself a challege to do so! So, dear friend please bare with my "super poor"english..
It was truly my hounour to be given a chance to attend a 3 day 2 nights NAMLIFA 31st Mega Convention at Genting International Convention Center(GICC). This was the "N" time i went to Genting Highland for function in this year. NAMLIFA stand for National Association of Malaysian Life Insurance and Financial Advisors. Let me highlight some program that have been carry out during the convention. On the first day it was a Gala Dinner and AKARD award presentaion, actually is quite boring but luckily i have make some new friend from other branches, throughtout the night we sharing the our thought in doing sale and i do gain some idea from those experience senior which have been in this career for many years. Due to is quite boring in the dinner we just go back earlier to take a rest because there will another whole day long seminar by speaker from various country on the next day. But....... after taking bath i just got a chance to meet up a new friend to have a chat..in the end i sleep at 1am.haha
on the 2nd day i got chance to learn for various speaker. after the the whole day learning i get a conclusion that no matter we in what type of career,learning is a very important aspect that we need to master in order to have a self- improvement in our life. Beside that, we should have a desire in what we are doing and we should have the willingness to change in order to get a different result. Some of the speaker have been inspire me from different aspect that the present during they sharing and talk.
The highlight of this NAMLIFA 31st Mega Convention was the speech of the special guest from US who was the higher achiever in the insurance industry of the world, his name is Mehdi Fakharzadeh. He is now an 88 years old man yet he still manage to be the top sale in the insurance industry of the world. In his point of view there is nothing more exciting than to be in this beautiful industry and he always mention there is nothing impossible as long you be grateful and enjoy in your career.
After the 3 day convention, i get an inspiration which if we wish to be success in our career or any goal in our life,we need to have desire in it and willing to make a change to achieve it.
