生日快乐

刚过的午夜12点，举国正兴高彩烈的迎接国庆日的到来。。随着倒数声的传来，小益也在倒数。这倒数是因为小益要在第一时间为妳献上生日的祝福！3，2，1。。生日快乐！！妳永远都要快乐及幸福知道吗？小益每天都会为妳祝福。。

也许你真的不会介意小益的缺点但是小益始终过不了自己的那一关。。小益真的配不上妳！虽然妳不是什么特别漂亮能干的大美女可是妳总是在我的心里占据了一个位子！几个星期前我们一起提早为妳庆祝生日时，我坚持一定要为妳选上最漂亮的蛋糕！所有的安排我都希望可以请自的为妳打点。蛋糕是我为你所选的，妳懂吗？哈哈，小益真傻！妳当然不懂咯，不然要如何设计那个惊喜给妳。

考虑了很久，小益还是选择和妳当朋友。小益在想说了出来我们之间变得尴尬那小益要该如何是好呢？因为小益不想因为这一个小事情我们就连朋友都当不成了。到时别说生日，就连要见面都没办法的时候那会更加糟糕！维持这种关系至少小益还可以见到妳，逗妳开心配妳过生日！朋友这条路是小益自己选的！偶尔与妳见面，给妳打个电话等等。。看见你过得很好小益就心满意足了！

如今妳应经不会常在我身边了，每当看见蓝色的东西小益都会想起妳，一个永远在小益心里的妳。希望在远处的妳可以有个快乐的生日，有很多家人朋友还有爱你的人给你献上很多的祝福！小益会好好的过生活因为小益要一直守护着妳！所以妳也要过得很好哦。。

A Champion

A champion is a winner,

A hero.Someone who never gives up

Even when the going gets rough.

A champion is a member of

A winning team.

Someone who overcomes challenges

Even when it requires creative solutions

A champion is an optimist,

A hopeful spirit.

Someone who plays the game,

Even when the game is called life.

Especially when the game is called life.

There can be a champion in each of us,

If we live as a winner,

If we live as a member of the team,

If we live with a hopeful spirit,

For life

When i first read this poem i feel so impress by the meaning that the poet wanna bring out throught this poem. This poem was composed by Matthew "Mattie" Joseph Thaddeus Stepanek a 13 years old boy which suffering from muscular dystrophy, dysautonomic mitochondrial myopathy. When i first saw him is on a TV show called Oprah Winfrey Talk Show. Oprah was a famous host of America who have interview a lot of super star include Michael Jackson. After the show i have try to surf in the internet to get to know more about this young little poet hero! Althought he was young but i have read through all his poem,i found out he is a very dedicated and mature children. He start to compose the poem since he was at the age of 3. Unfortunately, he had passed away on 22nd June 2004 at the age of 13. The poem that i post above is a poem that compose using some simple and understandable word...This poem mean a lot to me,hope my fellow reader will enjoy it!

我们的故事。。

今夜的天气依然凉凉的。。回到家乡的第四天，忙了一些活动。隐藏在小益心理以旧的灰色小孩似乎有点蠢蠢欲动了。总觉得整个活动的感觉好像少了一些什么似的！自问自己在长达3个月的筹备时间已经全力以赴把整个活动尽量对自己的要求严格，绝对不可以放松。但是这次的全力以赴似乎无法让自己觉得满意！我想我真的有点笨！

对大家说的话：

从第一次认识陌生的大家到今天算是还不错的友情，说真的每次看到大家都有所成长打从心里觉得真的很安慰。今天正式宣布停办这个活动是因为大家都已经长大了，是时候可以自己独立的去面对未来在团体里所有的挑战。以大家的能力要是用尽全力把所懂得都好好发挥我相信大家绝对可以成为一个不错的领袖。未来的一年有可能是大家在团体的最后一年了，要写怎样的故事，笔就在大家的手中！大家的成就都会让小益和隆哥一次又一次的感动，没有我们的日子大家要好好的继续走下去，也许无法在与大家常见面但我们一直都会与大家同在！要记得《我们之间》是我们永远的主体曲！

该说的都说了，要发牢骚的也发了，小益还是会选择不让灰色的小孩出现！收拾好心情准备继续往小益的梦想前进！加油啦，各位！

Riding The Wave Of Change in pursuing Excellence

It have been sometime i did not post my blog in english because of my poor english!Haha.. Anyway i decided to give myself a challege to do so! So, dear friend please bare with my "super poor"english..

It was truly my hounour to be given a chance to attend a 3 day 2 nights NAMLIFA 31st Mega Convention at Genting International Convention Center(GICC). This was the "N" time i went to Genting Highland for function in this year. NAMLIFA stand for National Association of Malaysian Life Insurance and Financial Advisors. Let me highlight some program that have been carry out during the convention. On the first day it was a Gala Dinner and AKARD award presentaion, actually is quite boring but luckily i have make some new friend from other branches, throughtout the night we sharing the our thought in doing sale and i do gain some idea from those experience senior which have been in this career for many years. Due to is quite boring in the dinner we just go back earlier to take a rest because there will another whole day long seminar by speaker from various country on the next day. But....... after taking bath i just got a chance to meet up a new friend to have a chat..in the end i sleep at 1am.haha

on the 2nd day i got chance to learn for various speaker. after the the whole day learning i get a conclusion that no matter we in what type of career,learning is a very important aspect that we need to master in order to have a self- improvement in our life. Beside that, we should have a desire in what we are doing and we should have the willingness to change in order to get a different result. Some of the speaker have been inspire me from different aspect that the present during they sharing and talk.

The highlight of this NAMLIFA 31st Mega Convention was the speech of the special guest from US who was the higher achiever in the insurance industry of the world, his name is Mehdi Fakharzadeh. He is now an 88 years old man yet he still manage to be the top sale in the insurance industry of the world. In his point of view there is nothing more exciting than to be in this beautiful industry and he always mention there is nothing impossible as long you be grateful and enjoy in your career.

After the 3 day convention, i get an inspiration which if we wish to be success in our career or any goal in our life,we need to have desire in it and willing to make a change to achieve it.

挫折

相信每个人在一生中都会面对到无数次的挫折，其中挫折可以来自很多不同的方面如感情、事业、活动、课业、家庭等。。那么挫折的定义又是什么呢？小益把挫折定义为当期望和实际有落差的时候挫折就会出现。

试问世上真的有难事吗？在小益的脑海里是没有！因为只有人们把一件事情判断为难的时候那件事情才会变成难事。换言之，一件事情对一个人来说是难与否是取决于那个人的思考模式。一旦我们认定所面对的事情是难，那么即使是喝水都是难事！挫折对我们来说又有着什么样 的意义呢？小益认为挫折是让我们成长的机会。每当我们试着从挫折中从新振作再次的站起来时我们都在学习着成长！

遇上挫折我们该如何面对呢？提升学习的速度是其中一个可以让我们面对挫折的方法。透过学习我们可以知道、做到、得到。学习当中我们可以知道问题的原因让后我们可以做到把问题解决最后我们可以得到在面对问题时候的技巧，以后我们面对同样问题的时候我们在也不会感到挫折了。另外一个可以让我们面对挫折的方法就是改变看待问题的角度。当我们把问题放大，自己就会变得渺小最后惟有被问题征服了；把问题缩小，自己就会觉得比较大或是有信心最后把问题给征服。此外，一个人所处于的环境也是让他可以轻松面对挫折的关键。其中包含了拥有正面思想的朋友圈子、他所获得的资讯来源等。

成功最终的定义是成长了多少而不是有多辉煌的成果。快乐的人生是你踏实的生活而不是坚持与执着！
